Noaker’s clear coats cow for the cow parade. Noaker’s sprayed the protective finish over the fiberglass cow and delivered it where it needed to go in Harrisburg.
Noaker’s sprayed a protective finish over art work
for local kids, area students designed art work on
55 gallon drums and then had Noaker’s clear coat
